What We Do

Emerge Kentucky is the essential step for Democratic women who want to run for public office.  It is the only in-depth, seven-month training program that inspires candidates to run and gives them the tools to win.

By providing women across the state with top-notch training and a powerful political network, Emerge Kentucky is getting more Democrats into office and changing the leadership - and politics - of Kentucky.

Our Curriculum

Participants meet one weekend a month for seven months and participate in the following trainings:

* Media and Messaging

* Networking

* Campaign Strategy

* Field Operations

* Labor and Endorsements

* Technology and New Media

* Cultural Competency

* Ethical Leadership

Participants have the opportunity to meet women who hold elective office in Kentucky and expand their political network.
